Who this site is for
This site is operated for adults. You must be 18 or over to place an order, submit a form, or follow a link to a third-party retailer from this site. Everything here is written for the parents, grandparents and other adults who buy gifts and arrange Christmas for the children in their lives.
Children are of course welcome to enjoy the films, music and recipes alongside an adult. What we ask is that an adult is the one operating the site: choosing what to watch, doing the buying, and completing any form.
Using the letter experience
The letter form is intended to be completed by an adult, either on a child's behalf or sitting alongside them. A parent or guardian confirms before a letter is sent, and any reply goes to the guardian's email address rather than to a child. Please do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, or containing another person's personal details.
Links to other retailers
Some pages link to products on Amazon and other retailers, and some of those links earn us a commission. Those links are for the adult doing the buying. They never appear on the letter-writing pages, and we do not place advertising alongside anything intended for a child to use unaccompanied.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; if we do, we will contact you and you may cancel.
Payment
Payment is taken through Stripe's hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your card details.
