The North Pole
Dear Alex,
Every year I hang up my coat on Christmas night, and before I sleep I think about why we are doing any of this at all. It began with a family who could find no room, and a child born where the animals were kept.
The presents I bring are only a small echo of a much older gift. I hope that when you open yours, Alex, you remember the story underneath them.
May your home be peaceful this Christmas, and may you carry some of that peace into the year that follows.
With every blessing,
Santa Claus
